Raised by her Swedish mother in Paris, Shugi learned to fend for herself through music and dance. From grungy Marais discotheques to high-fashion events, she has perfected her craft over the years, culminating in a frisky stir of disco, techno, afro and vocal house. October 2021, Shugi Joined the french american Talent Agency, Les Filles.

Having played alongside artists like Folamour, Sama' Abdulhadi, Dj Anna, La Mamie's, Dan Shake, Trus’me, Maga, Worakls and Baba Stiltz, Shugi’s sound is always fine-tuned to the occasion. Ex-resident dj at Rinse France radio and Club Silencio in Paris. She has played for brands such as Chloe, LVMH, Comme des Garçons and Axel Arigato.

Oh, and she once played on top of the Eiffel Tower, so there’s that.

Based in Lisbon, Shugi hosted the ‘Oh! Mar’ boat parties over the summer 2021 and the intimate ‘CRAVE’ fancy dress up parties at the Ninho Palace over the winter 2022. This summer you’ve heard her play at Moga Festival in Portugal, Dune Camp in Italy and countless other parties.
