TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE


These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of tickets and table reservations for the SUNSET event organized by SARL Home. By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table, the customer unconditionally accepts these TCS.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these TCS is to define the conditions under which SARL Home offers General Admission tickets and table reservations for the SUNSET event.

2. Prices and Payment

• The prices of tickets and table reservations are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

• Payment is made online via credit card, payment link, or bank transfer.

• Any order is confirmed only after payment validation.

3. Table Reservations and Minimum Spending

3.1. Table Reservations

• Tables can be reserved online, subject to availability.

• The reservation is confirmed after receiving the full payment of the Minimum Spending.

• Table allocation is made according to the options chosen on the booking form.

3.2. Minimum Spending

• A Minimum Spending applies to table reservations.

• The customer agrees to spend a minimum amount determined at the time of reservation (see the different options on the booking form) during the event.

• This amount is paid at the time of reservation and can be used for the purchase of food and beverages available on-site.

3.3. No Refund of Unspent Balance

• If the Minimum Spending amount is not fully spent during the event, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

• The customer acknowledges and accepts this condition at the time of reservation.

4. Ticket Delivery and Table Access

• General Admission tickets and table access will be available in the Web App after payment validation.

• They will be accessible in the “View Bookings” and “My Entrance Passes” sections.

• The customer must ensure the validity of the email address provided at the time of purchase to receive confirmation notifications.

• No physical ticket will be sent. Access to the event will be granted exclusively through digital passes available in the Web App.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the purchase of tickets and reservations for an event on a fixed date is not subject to the right of withdrawal.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• In case of event cancellation by the organizer, tickets and reservations will be fully refunded.

• No refund will be issued in case of cancellation by the customer, except in cases of justified force majeure.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program without entitling the customer to a refund.

7. Liability

• The organizer cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of tickets and reservations, including cancellations due to force majeure or incidents beyond its control.

• Access to the event may be denied in case of non-compliance with the internal regulations or inappropriate behavior, without any right to a refund.

8. Personal Data

• The information collected when purchasing tickets and reservations is used solely for event management and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

• In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending a request to info@home.mc.

9. Photography and Image Use

• During the event, photographs and videos may be taken by the organizer for promotional, communication, or social media and marketing purposes.

• By participating in the event, customers consent to potentially being photographed or filmed and to the use of their image without financial compensation.

• However, if a participant wishes to have their image removed from communication materials, they can request it by email at info@home.mc. The organizer commits to removing the relevant images within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Security and Internal Regulations

• For security reasons, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry or ask a participant to leave the event without a refund in case of non-compliance with the internal regulations.

• Dangerous objects, illegal substances, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.

11. Disputes

• In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

• Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the organizer’s registered office.

12. Acceptance of the TCS

• By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table, the customer acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these TCS.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
